Mentor:
A person who after completing basic training and is by mutual agreement asked to be a one-on-one mentor to a client. She commits to encourage the client at least once a week by phone, mail, or personal contact. They help influence the client in next step life-changing opportunities such as church/Bible studies, school, classes, etc.
Client Advocate:
A person who after completing basic training and volunteer work for the Center is by mutual agreement asked to participate in peer training. (If she has had a previous abortion, she is asked to attend a post-abortion healing Bible Study. After additional classroom instruction and evaluation, she is assigned a four-hour shift to serve each week in a counseling position. She shares the truth of the gospel, fetal development, abortion procedures/risks, sexual pressures/integrity, and encouragement.
Sonographer:
A person with a medical certificate who is trained in ultrasound scans. After completing basic training and one-on-one counseling instruction, she is by mutual agreement asked to perform client scans. This person is scheduled based on availability and need.
Classroom Instructor:
A person who after completing basic training and volunteer work for the Center is by mutual agreement asked to be a teacher. (If a person has had a previous abortion, she is asked to attend a post-abortion healing Bible Study.) Bible Study facilitators give two hours a week at the Center in addition to home preparation. LEAP instructors teach a two hour class once or twice every sixteen week cycle.
Post Abortion Facilitator:
A person who after completing basic training and volunteer work at the Center (If a person has had a previous abortion, she is asked to attend a post-abortion healing Bible Study.) She co-facilitates periodic support groups for those experiencing post-abortion syndrome.
Public Relation, Fundraising, Marketing:
A person who after receiving one-on-one instruction about the mission and goals of the ministry is asked to help with reaching others.
